Kraynak, too, represented itself in the 39-month lease, which at $13 per sf, is worth $80,153;ENER1 Inc., an R&D company, leased 1,720 sf. Barry Podolsky of Podolsky & Associates represented the tenant. The 12-month lease, at $13 per sf, is valued at $22,359; andVerizon Select Services inked a 1,645-sf lease for 36 months. Sky Grodin of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida represented Verizon Select Services. At $13 per sf, the lease has a value of $61,014.
