Fleming's plans to open its new steakhouse and wine bar, at Ponce de Leon and Andalusia Avenue, by the end of the year. The restaurant will include a private dining room for corporate as well as private events. Fleming's opened its first location in 1998.
The 250,000-sf, 12-story, class A office building's tenant list includes Adorno & Yoss; Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton; Wachovia Bank; Raymond James; Schumann Steier; and La Ficelle. The building's office space rental rates are $28 to $33 full-service.The Mediterranean-style building, designed by Smallwood Reynolds Stewart & Stewart, is part of a mixed-use development of condominiums, retail space and a public garden. Hoar Construction of Birmingham, AL, is the general contractor. Hines, the international, privately owned real estate development, acquisition, leasing and management company, is the project's developer.
