In the largest deal, Wessel Fragrances Inc. of Englewood, NJ signed a long-term lease for 55,000 sf of distribution space at 50 Furler St. in Totowa, NJ. Colliers Houston repped the owner of the building, D&R Associates, while Dan Brown of TRS Associates, Rochelle Park, NJ, spoke for the tenant.
Weinberg and Turse, meanwhile, represented Owens Drive Corp. in the sale of their 22,500-sf light industrial building at 10 Owens Dr. in Wayne, NJ. The buyer, Rigid Paper Tube of Paterson, NJ, was repped by Jeff Rosenberg and Rick Dandrow of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook, NJ. The deal marks an expansion move by the buyer.
The Colliers Houston trio also acted on behalf of building owner Masswood Brothers Realty Inc. in the signing of a 20,000-sf lease at 70 Maltese Dr. Fit-Rite Body Parks Inc., a replacement auto parts business, will occupy about one-quarter of the 81,000-sf building.
Finally, the threesome also arranged the renewal of a lease for 15,900 sf of warehouse/distribution space at 235 McLean Blvd. in Paterson, NJ, for a division of Bradco Supply, a building materials supplier. Colliers Houston repped the owner of the building, Lembo Research & Development.
