Tolleson Park Debuting With Three Tenants

TOLLESON, AZ-Mission Foods, Edson Electric Supply and Century Die Co. take a combined 18,000 sf of the 222,288-sf development as it nears the construction completion. The talks end with one seven-year lease and two five-year pacts.

TOLLESON, AZ-Three tenants have pre-leased 18,000 sf in the Loop 101 & I10 Commerceplex, a three-building industrial complex getting a few final touches this month. The 222,288-sf warehouse development is the first multi-tenant industrial space to rise west of Loop 101 and Interstate 10.

First in the door will be Mission Foods of Irving, TX, Edson Electric Supply of Phoenix and Fremont, OH-based Century Die Co. The development at 10115-10297 W. Van Buren St. opens at 10% pre-leasing.

“We’re thinking we’ll get a combination of both local and national tenants,” Dan Calihan, a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. “The West Valley in Phoenix is growing rapidly. We are the farthest-west spec multi-tenant industrial project here. It’s an excellent location for businesses that need to serve the West Valley.”
