Partners His Hi and Dolores Lin pay owner 816 Nina Way LP just over $1.3 million, for the 28,800-sf building in the Street Road center. They nearly triple the space for their design/manufacturing center, now located in a 10,500-sf facility. The Philadelphia office of Colliers L&A negotiated the transaction.

Colliers also negotiated the sale of a 22,365-sf industrial property on one acre in the Bridgewater Industrial Park in nearby Bensalem, PA. The seller is Charles L. Biggs. The Ralph W. Murphy and John B. Hamblin Partnership pays $759,000 for the building. The partnership manufactures dust collectors and will relocate its production operations to the new facility, increasing its manufacturing staff by approximately 15 people. The building has 20-foot clear ceilings, two drive-in doors, and two tailgates.
