Deal Enables Eisai to Lease up 66,000-SF Building

ANDOVER, MA-Brown & Caldwell is leasing 7,316 sf at One Corporate Dr. The Walnut, Creek, CA-based environmental engineering firm is relocating its area office from 13 Branch St. in Methuen in order to accommodate its growth.

Eisai Research Institute of Boston Inc. owns the 66,000-sf building. With this transaction the building is 100% leased and home to five tenants, including Eisai, which leases about half the building. Juliette Reiter, associate, of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented the property owner in the transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Brown & Caldwell.
