Lamoureux Associates bought an 8,512-sf office building at 6343 Skyline Dr. from Parker Rodriguez AD LLC, an advertising and public relations firm. Jason Whittington with NAI Houston represented the seller and Art Bayless with Cresa Partners brokered for the buyer.
Whittington says the property sold for close to the $815,000 asking price. He tells GlobeSt.com that the family-owned business plans to occupy the top floor or about 4,300 sf. Half of the first floor is leased to an engineering and consulting firm and the balance used for storage and mechanicals.
In Bellaire, Dr. Michael Huddleston bought the 4,513-sf Westheimer Animal Clinic at 7005 Mapleridge Dr. and will be changing the name to Bellaire Veterinary Clinic. Huddleston will relocate from a 20-year address.
Whittington represented the seller, Bud Griffin & Associates, while Jennie Tuschman of Allison Spears Realtors of Houston negotiated for the buyer of record, MWH Properties LLC. The asking price was in the low to mid $700,000.
