CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA-Developers of Hollymead Town Center have secured two popular retailers to headline the 300,000-sf retail destination. National discount chain Target and food store Harris Teeter have committed to anchor space at the property, which is scheduled to reach completion next summer.

Target will build its own 143,000-sf Target Greatland on 10 acres of the 25-acre site off Route 29, and Harris Teeter will open its doors at a 60,000-sf leased space under a 20-year agreement with developers Regency Centers and Dierman Realty Group. Space at the shopping center is being leased in the mid-$20 per-sf range, a spokesperson for the development team tells GlobeSt.com.
