WESTWOOD, MA-Catalano Bros. is leasing 42,000 SF of high bay warehouse/distribution space at 245 University Ave. The deal represents one-third of the property. Austin Smith and Gian Starita of Lincoln Property Co. represented property owner Invesco, while Paul Delaney and Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties represented Catalano Bros.

Catalano says it chose this location for its distribution of gypsum because of its strategic location at the intersection of Routes 1, 93, 95 and 128, its good clear height, and access to CSX Rail. The facility also provides the firm with the use of eight loading docks for truck access as well as eight loading docks for rail access. The building features a clear height of 28 feet.
