HOUSTON-In September, Grant Prideco, a manufacturer and supplier of oilfield drilling products, will relocate the global headquarters into 39,350 sf at 400 North Belt in the Greenspoint submarket, north of the downtown. The long-term deal boosts occupancy to 82%, up from 32% nine months ago.

Grant Prideco will vacate 1330 Post Oak Blvd. for the 12-story, 225,704-sf 400 North Belt, owned by Parkway Properties of Jackson, MS. Mark Preston of Moody Rambin Interests and Jayson Lipsey of Parkway Properties negotiated the deal with tenant rep, Angus Hughes of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.’s Houston office. The 400 North Belt has a quoted rent of $15.50 per sf.
