The property, owned by Kirco/Biltmore Sterling Associates, was selected for its location to other automotive engineering companies such as neighbor Hawtal Whiting and others. This facility quadrupled the tenant's current square footage and provides a better work environment for Samlip and its clients. Grubb & Ellis team member Christopher S. Dowell represented the lessee.

In Shelby Township, Grubb & Ellis brokers John Arthurs and Giancarlo Pinterpe represented owned by Research Development L.L.C. in the lease of 7,623 sf of industrial space to R.E.W. Industries. The property was selected for its 20-foot clear ceiling heights and its location next to M-53 freeway. Additionally, the property sits directly behind R.E.W. Industry's corporate headquarters.

In Warren, Grubb & Ellis brokered the sale of 4,847 sf of industrial space to JTA Future, L.L.C. The property, sold by Mountain Lion Limited, was selected because of its frontage on 10 Mile Road. Arthurs represented JTA Future.
