Six Area Kitchen Etc. Stores to Close

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Kitchen Etc., the Exeter, NH-based retail chain, is closing its 17 stores in New England, including its six stores in the state. The company filed for bankruptcy court protection this past June.

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Kitchen Etc., the Exeter, NH-based retail chain, is giving up the fight. The company is closing its 17 stores, including its six stores in the state. The company filed for bankruptcy court protection this past June.

The stores closing in Massachusetts are at: Middlesex Commons in Burlington; Fresh Pond SC in Cambridge; Providence Highway in Dedham; The Hanover Mall in Hanover; The Northshore Mall in Peabody; and Redstone SC in Stoneham. The remaining 11 stores are located in New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
