WASHINGTON, DC-It may not be a commonly known fact, but the celebrated Art Deco residential property known as the Kennedy-Warren Apartment Building had been only two-thirds complete–until now. Working on behalf of property owner Klingle Corp. Inc. and developer BF Saul Property Co., project contractor Clark Residential has just wrapped up the long-awaited construction of the final piece of the puzzle, a 156,000-sf south wing.

The new addition to the Kennedy-Warren–which occupies a spot on Connecticut Ave. in the trendy Cleveland Park neighborhood near the National Zoo–is nine stories high and offers 114 additional rental apartments, bringing the total residential offerings to 431. The project cost $46 million to achieve.
