Web Co. Commits to 106,000 SF

FAIRFAX, VA-webMethods, Inc. finds a new home in a 106,000-sf space at the High Ridge Corporate Park, a 211,000-sf office building. The company will relocate its headquarters, currently scattered among several structures, in the first quarter of next year.

FAIRFAX, VA-High Ridge Corporate Park has been designated the future new home of webMethods Inc. now that the web services infrastructure company has signed a lease for 106,000 sf of space in the 211,000-sf office property at 3877 Fairfax Ridge Rd. The lease paves the way for the software firm’s relocation and consolidation of its headquarters, which is currently located just minutes away at 3930 Pender Dr.

Cassidy & Pinkard represented the tenant, while CB Richard Ellis stood in for High Ridge Corporate Park owner Gateway-Piedmont Inc.
