Office Depot Takes 7,000 SF on Boston Post Road

MARLBOROUGH, MA-The international retail distributor of office furniture and supplies signed a five-year lease for 7,104-sf of space on the second floor of the two-story 75,277 sf first-class office building. The property is located on Route 20 just off Route 495.

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Office Depot Inc. is leasing 7,104 sf at 313 Boston Post Rd. West. The company, an international retail distributor of office furniture and supplies, signed a five-year lease for space on the second floor of the property.

Christopher Tosti, executive vice president/partner, Robert Walles, vice president/partner, Robert McGuire, vice president/partner and Matthew Flaherty, an associate of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, represented property owner, Glenborough Properties LP. Kevin Malloy of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant Office Depot.
