Carl Christie, executive vice president/ principal and Richard Lundgren, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented Partners Home Care in the transaction. The Rockland-based company is one of the region's largest non-profit homecare agencies. Terry Sack of Prudential Edna Krantz Real Estate procured the buyer World Realty and Development.
Lundgren says that the property attracted a lot of interest from a number of potential buyers. "It's situated in a wonderful location and is ready to be developed."
