WABAN, MA-Partners Home Care is selling its one-acre parcel at 1589 Beacon St. to World Realty and Development for $1.3 million. The Newton-based real estate investment and development company that specializes in creative reuse of property in New England plans a residential reuse for the property.

Carl Christie, executive vice president/ principal and Richard Lundgren, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented Partners Home Care in the transaction. The Rockland-based company is one of the region’s largest non-profit homecare agencies. Terry Sack of Prudential Edna Krantz Real Estate procured the buyer World Realty and Development.
