Queset on the Pond is located about 26 miles from Downtown Boston, and is close to Stonehill College and Route 24. The rental community caters to those over the age of 55 and consists of one- and two-bedroom units and features a fitness center, business center, media room and a guest suite.
According to the most recent figures of Northeast Apartment Advisors, as of April average rents in the greater Boston area have gone down a little over 2% since last August. In that same time period occupancy rates in the area have gone up .5% from 94.6% to 95.1%.
