99-Unit Apartment Complex Secures Financing

EASTON, MA-Queset on the Pond apartments, a 99-unit, multifamily, garden-style complex nails down $10 million in permanent financing. Fantini & Gorga, an affiliate of Boston-based Eastern Bank, arranged the loan with a major insurance company.

EASTON, MA-Permanent financing in the amount of $10 million was secured for Queset on the Pond apartments, a 99-unit, multifamily, garden-style complex. Fantini & Gorga, an affiliate of Boston-based Eastern Bank, arranged the loan, which was placed with a major insurance company using a forward commitment on behalf of the client, a Boston-area real estate investor.

Queset on the Pond is located about 26 miles from Downtown Boston, and is close to Stonehill College and Route 24. The rental community caters to those over the age of 55 and consists of one- and two-bedroom units and features a fitness center, business center, media room and a guest suite.
