Birru will share his vision for the newly created Wayne County group. He just officially began his work with Wayne County, after spending the past 12 years in similar positions in Pittsburgh. Jakeway will offer his goals for the MEDC for the year ahead.
Also speaking at the meeting will be Joseph Buttigieg III, vice chairman of Comerica bank. Buttigieg is also the chairman of the partnership's advisory board and will share the partnership's 2003-2004 results with attendees. The meeting will be held Aug. 26 at the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce office.
