The nonprofit organization is planning to relocate 20 employees to the building at 3800 N.W. 22nd Ave. from its current office in Dadeland Towers by the end of this year. In addition, the organization plans to set up another ReStore location, where it will sell donated building supplies.
Marc Sternbaum of Miami-based Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP's real estate department and a board member for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, helped the organization secure more than $1 million in financing through Florida Savings Bank and represented the organization in its purchase.
