Divaris Real Estate Services Inc. was the sole brokerage firm on the deal, representing building owner Berman Kappler Properties as well as the new tenants. The terms of the lease agreements have not been disclosed; however, Divaris, which also manages the class A property, markets space at Pinewood Plaza for $16 per sf. Other tenants in the building include Dynamics Research Corp., Northrop Grumman, and the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. With the Breen and Olympic National leases, Pinewood Plaza is now nearly 95% occupied.
