A spokesperson for the company tells GlobeSt.com that the restaurant will open in the first quarter of 2005. It will be in the former site of Maison Robert, a French restaurant that recently closed after 33 years in operation.
While the spokesperson could not be specific about whether the restaurant chain plans on opening additional locations in the area, she says that the steak house is "always looking for new location sites." Ruth's Chris Steak House Inc., which is headquartered in New Orleans, has more than 85 restaurants worldwide.
