PS Business Parks Hires Leasing Directors, Property Manager

MIAMI-PS Business Parks Inc. has hired Zachary V. Gruber and Patricia Quintana as leasing directors and Bob Murphy as property manager for Miami International Commerce Center, a 3.3 million-sf, primarily industrial park that the company acquired recently.Gruber and Quintana will handle leasing in-house for spaces 10,000 sf or less. PS Business Parks hired Cushman & Wakefield earlier this year to exclusively lease spaces 10,000 sf or more.Gruber comes to PS Business Parks from CB Richard Ellis, where leased such buildings as New World Tower and 200 Southeast First Downtown and 420 Lincoln Rd. on Miami Beach. Gruber received a degree in finance and economics from Tufts University in Massachusetts.Quintana, who has 20 years experience in management and leasing, joins PS Business Parks from Airport West Staple ComReal Miami Inc., where she completed more than 150 transactions totaling about $20 million in gross lease value in five years. She graduated from Sharron Williams College and also worked for Sklar Realty and Keyes & Wimbish.Murphy joins PS Business Parks from MK Real Estate, which formerly managed SunTrust International Center Downtown.MICC, located at the Palmetto Expressway and the Dolphin Expressway consists of industrial, flex, office and retail space.
