Consistent with its "centers of excellence" strategy, Archway consolidated its three consumer fulfillment account management and operations formerly located in Minnesota and Illinois. The new facilities merge its former operations in Maple Plain and Litchfield. "This allows Archway to centralize its operations and provide our employees with a state-of-the-art work environment," says Theresa Niles, president of Archway Marketing Services.

Some of the amenities of the building include nine conference rooms, more than 151,000 sf of warehouse space, 18 dock doors and the ability to expand as our clients continue to grow, says Kurt Moldenhauer, division president of consumer fulfillment services. Archway executives expect improvement in the work environment will help bolster employees' attitudes and performance.

Archway's consumer fulfillment division provides processes and fulfills over 15 million rebates and more than 10 million premiums offers annually, ships more that 30 million orders and administers more than 125 sweepstakes programs a year. Archway is privately held by AHL Services, Inc., based in Alexandria, VA.
