Storehouse Leases at Condo

WASHINGTON, DC-The ground-level retail space at the new Lofts 14 project will become home to Storehouse now that the home furnishings store, working with representative Madison Retail Group, has committed to nearly 7,300 sf of space at the RTKL-designed condominium redevelopment property. A former auto showroom structure built around 1928, the property sits on the northwest corner of 14th and Church streets in the burgeoning 14th and P Street Corridor.

The terms of Storehouse’s lease with property developer Metropolis Development Co. LLC have not been disclosed. However, according to NAI Direct, retail space in the District can range from $25 to $80 per sf, depending on the location.
