According to county real estate records, the property, located at 7205-7207 Lockport Pl., has a current assessed value of nearly $2 million. Lockport Business Center is 100% occupied by a bevy of tenants including Beltway Drywall, Capital Commercial Flooring, Telesystems Inc., and office supplies company The Paper People.

"This is an extremely solid investment for the new owner, as the project is strategically located adjacent to a major highway, and includes a number of stable users," says real estate services company NAI KLNB's Chris Kubler. NAI KLNB represented the buyer in the transaction. "The property will continue to increase in value, as purchase opportunities are rare in the current real estate environment."
