Petra Fashions Takes 69,266 SF

PEABODY, MA-Petra Fashions is leasing 69,266 sf at One Second St. in Centennial Park. Glenn Rhuda, managing director for Mohr Partners, represented Petra Fashions, while Joe Zink, president of Atlantic Management, and Mark Reardon, executive vice president with CB Richard Ellis, repped property owner Atlantic Management.

The move enabled Petra to increase its space by 50%, which Rhuda says the company needed due to increased business. Built in 1986, the building is a multiple tenant industrial warehouse located 20 minutes from Logan Airport with immediate access to Routes 128 and 95.
