Lashar notes that one of the building's main attractions for Relizon is its location, with access to the major thoroughfares in the Metrowest region.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in Westborough is about $19 per sf. According to Trammel Crow Co.'s most recent statistics, the area continues to struggle with excess space with an overall availability rate of nearly 40% as of this past April.
