EastRidge is teaming with its in-house construction arm, AP Construction and Perkins Eastman of Stamford, CT on the redesign effort at 103 Corporate Park Dr. Some of the enhancements are expected to include a glass curtain wall at the first floor level, a water wall that will serve as a backdrop to a new outdoor seating area, and a re-landscaped front entryway. Lobby renovations include the addition of a two-story foyer with stone flooring and a curved wood-paneled feature wall, refurbished elevator and an open, two-story stairway leading to the second floor with balcony. The building's first floor amenities include a conference center, an anteroom and tenant storage.
The location provides additional amenities as located elsewhere within the office park are a full-service cafeteria, sundry shop, ATM machine, barbershop and dry-cleaning service. And the EastRidge Enrichment Center at 109 Corporate Park Dr. provides daycare for children from six weeks old to a full-time kindergarten program.
The three-story class A site is availabe for tenants who want a full building with signage. The building is part of a nearly 1.6-million-sf, 14-building, pension-fund owned portfolio whose ownership says it remains committed to its investment in Westchester County.
