WHITE PLAINS-EastRidge Properties will begin a $4-million renovation of 103 Corporate Park Dr. here early next year after the 70,000-sf site’s current tenant, Diageo moves on. Diageo is consolidating Westchester and Connecticut locations into its new headquarters in Norwalk, CT. EastRidge is in the process of planning its 2005 capital improvement program for its four office parks.

EastRidge is teaming with its in-house construction arm, AP Construction and Perkins Eastman of Stamford, CT on the redesign effort at 103 Corporate Park Dr. Some of the enhancements are expected to include a glass curtain wall at the first floor level, a water wall that will serve as a backdrop to a new outdoor seating area, and a re-landscaped front entryway. Lobby renovations include the addition of a two-story foyer with stone flooring and a curved wood-paneled feature wall, refurbished elevator and an open, two-story stairway leading to the second floor with balcony. The building’s first floor amenities include a conference center, an anteroom and tenant storage.
