Westminster Junction Business Center is located just east of Interstate 35E on Phalen Boulevard, not far from the Pennsylvania Avenue exit. Other projects under way at the business park include those for Regions Hospital and Hiway Federal Credit Union. The 20-acre park still has about half of its land available for projects.

The computer manufacturer, now based in Roseville, has grown so much that it needs larger quarters. More than a decade ago, it started out in 600 sf of rented space on University Avenue here. Next spring, it expects to move into the new office warehouse complex in Westminster Junction Business Center.

Like other companies in the Port's manufacturing centers, Now Micro has purchased the land for $1 in exchange for workforce agreements. Now Micro, which has 38 employees, has agreed to add 17 more during the five years following its move to Westminster and to make special efforts to hire East Side residents.
