Andy May, president of Millennial Net, notes that the move, which is a relocation of the company's headquarters, indicates a refocus on research and development and production as well as an expansion of its management team to support the company's financial growth. Lease rates in Burlington are about $19 per sf, while similar space in Cambridge goes for an average of approximately $27 per sf.
