Newly Signed Leases Total $3M at Naples Office Complex

NAPLES, FL-Four companies signed for a total of 29,932 sf of class A space at the 90%-occupied Wachovia Financial Building and the 100%-occupied HMA Building at Pelican Bay Executive Center.

NAPLES, FL-Four leases, totaling approximately $2.9 million, have been signed at Pelican Bay Executive Center here. Four companies inked deals in two buildings there. At the Wachovia Financial Building, CTX Mortgage/Commerce Title expanded its office space to 7,125 sf and renewed its lease for five more years. In addition, Centex Homes renewed its 13,634-sf lease for five years and Merrill Lynch renewed its 2,877-sf lease for three years. The building is 90% occupied.At the HMA Building, Robert W. Baird Inc. renewed its lease for 6,296 sf for five more years. That building is 100% occupied.The two buildings, at 5801 and 5811 Pelican Bay Blvd., are each six stories and total approximately 200,000 sf. The Pelican Bay Executive Center is a class A office complex. Bob Travis, a senior commercial associate with Miami-based Terranova Corp., represented the properties.
