Built in 1989, the eight-story, class A, red brick building is located at the intersection of Broadway, Hampshire and Portland Streets in Kendall Square. The property features a granite and glass lobby and indoor garage parking.

Davis Cos. recently signed two new leases in the building. SupplyScape, represented by Ryan Weber, formerly of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, leased 3,815 sf and Sonos, represented by Tucker Hansen of Meredith & Grew, leased 5,944 sf.
