CAMBRIDGE, MA-Weidlinger Associates is leasing 20,704 sf at 201 Broadway. The company, a structural and civil engineering and applied mechanics firm, will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 120,000-sf building. The firm is relocating from One Broadway in Kendall Square.

Mark Winters, Jay Driscoll and David Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield represented Weidlinger, while Curtis Cole, vice president/partner and Charles Kavoogian, vice president, both of CB Richard Ellis, represented the property owner, which is an affiliate of the Davis Cos. Built in 1989, the eight-story, class A, red brick building is located at the intersection of Broadway, Hampshire and Portland Streets in Kendall Square. The property features a granite and glass lobby and indoor garage parking.
