H&H Completes Villa Calabria

MIAMI-The H&H Development Co. project here contains 35 units on six stories. Prices ranged from $290,000 to $400,000, and the sellout value was $12 million. Two-year-old H&H Development anticipates 2004 revenue of $100 million.

MIAMI-H&H Development Co. has completed and sold out Villa Calabria, a 35-unit boutique condominium property in the city.Construction started on the six-story, Mediterranean-style development, located at 20 Calabria Ave. near downtown Coral Gables, in April 2003. The three-month sellout was valued at $12 million. Prices for two-bedroom units ranged from $290,000 to $400,000. The project was delivered on time and within its budget, according to Harvey Hernandez, founder and president of H&H Development.H&H Development Co., based in Coral Gables, has seven ground-up development projects in its portfolio. Among them are the Mediterranea, a 16-story approved boutique condo project with 181 units and 8,500 sf of retail space; the 12-story Douglas Place; and Solaris at Brickell Bay, a 22-story high-rise project–all in the city. H&H Development, established in 2002, expects 2004 revenue to total $100 million.
