H&P&K Relocates With Purchase of 24,000-SF Facility

BEDFORD, MA-H&P&K moves down the block from 6 to 14 DeAngelo Dr., a 24,000 sf office and research and development property. The company acquired the facility from First Camelot LP for $1.6 million.

BEDFORD, MA-H&P&K LLC purchased 14 DeAngelo Dr., a 24,000 sf office and research and development property. The company acquired the facility from First Camelot Limited Partnership for $1.6 million. Micah, James and David Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. represented the seller in the transaction and procured the buyer.

The property, which is a single-story facility constructed in 1968, consists of flex space. H&P&K is relocating its manufacturing operation down the block from 6 DeAngelo Dr., where it was leasing a smaller facility.
