Terms of Wexford's lease with property owner Atlantic Realty Cos.--which acquired the property in February--have not been disclosed; however, space in the building is marketed for $22.50 per sf. The 20-year-old office facility at 8618 Westwood Center sits within close proximity to I-495 and the Dulles Toll Rd.
