Adheris leased 12,950 sf of office space on the fifth floor. Mike Ripp of CB Richard Ellis, represented the firm. The company, which provides educational information to patients taking medication for chronic conditions, is relocating from Woburn.

Ajilon signed a six-year renewal for 5,900 sf on the fourth floor of the building. Steve Rich represented Ajilon, a managed services, consulting and specialty staffing company. nSight leased 11,040 sf on the second floor of the building for five years. Dave Townsend of Cushman & Wakefield, represented nSight, which is a professional services firm.

Campbell tells GlobeSt.com that these deals, as well as a 30,000-sf lease that Cornerstone is about to sign with the University of Phoenix, brings the occupancy rate in the building up to 80%. Campbell adds that lease rates in the area for office space are in the $20 per sf range.
