Financial terms of the deal have not been made available. However, the structure, which formerly housed cellular material manufacturer Alcore, has a current assessed value of $1.8 million, the same amount SRG paid Alcore for the property last year. An 18-year-old facility, 1324 Brass Mill Rd. sits on a four-acre parcel located near the intersection of Riverside Pkwy. and Pulaski Hwy.

"We chose the Harford County location for its access to I-95 and our Mid-Atlantic customers," says Arundel Polymer operations manager Rick Rapson. The building's electrical offerings also played a role in the company's decision. Prior to its disposition, the building featured space for lease at $4 per sf. Arundel Polymer plans to move to its new locale sometime this summer.
