Manufacturer Will Relocate to 66,000-SF Harford County Building

BELCAMP, MD-Arbutus, MD’s loss is Belcamp’s gain now that Arundel Polymer Services has decided to relocate to a 66,000-sf office building on Brass Mill Rd., effectively forsaking Baltimore County for Harford County. The manufacturer facilitated the relocation by purchasing the industrial facility from SRG Properties No. 13 LLC.

Financial terms of the deal have not been made available. However, the structure, which formerly housed cellular material manufacturer Alcore, has a current assessed value of $1.8 million, the same amount SRG paid Alcore for the property last year. An 18-year-old facility, 1324 Brass Mill Rd. sits on a four-acre parcel located near the intersection of Riverside Pkwy. and Pulaski Hwy.
