Miami Riverhouse Names Interior Designer

MIAMI-Riverside Developers LLC has named Interiors by Steven G the interior designer for the public spaces, sales center and model residences of Miami Riverhouse, a 23-story, mixed-use project set to rise in the city. The project will consist of 199 residential condominium units, 12,900 sf of office space on the second floor and 8,856 sf of ground-floor retail space. Miami Riverhouse units start in the $200,000s. The project, to be located at 1170 N.W. 11th St., is scheduled to break ground this winter.Interiors by Steven G. has renovated and furnished a home built in 1926 to create the contemporary sales center. The Fort Lauderdale-based firm has also been involved in many luxury condo projects in South Florida, including Bonita Springs-based WCI Communities Inc.’s Mosaic on Miami Beach, a $120-million, 20-story, 84-unit, oceanfront boutique condo project planned for Miami Beach. Companies that have hired the interior designer include Cornerstone Premier Communities, Toll Bros., Lennar Homes and J. Milton & Associates.
