New England Executive Park, owned by Equity Office Properties, is a 13-building master-planned office park situated on 56-acres and totaling more than one million sf of class A office space. The park is located about 12 miles northwest of Downtown Boston, on Mall Road, between the Burlington Mall and the Lahey Clinic near Routes 128, 3 and 93. The building totals over 218,700 sf and is nearly fully leased. Lease rates in the building are approximately $20 per sf, but sublease deals tend to command a lower rate.
