In one deal, Great Florida Bank, based in Miami, inked a 10-year lease for 1,368 sf of space at Weston Lakes Plaza, at 294 Indian Trace. This deal is worth $605,545. The bank lease brings the 96,342-sf plaza, which is anchored by a Publix grocery store, to 100% occupancy. The bank is scheduled to open Nov. 1.
In the other deal, the bank signed a 10-year lease for 1,312 sf at Country Isles Plaza, at 1160 Weston Rd., which is also anchored by Publix. The lease is valued at $580,756 and brings the center's occupancy to 99%. The bank is set to open Oct. 1.
Mindy McIlroy, director of leasing for Miami-based Terranova Corp., represented the property owners in the transactions.
