Law Firm Relocates to Back Bay

BOSTON-Tarlow, Breed, Hart, Murphy & Rodgers moves out of the city's business district and into the Back Bay. The firm signs a lease for 18,000 sf on the fifth floor of 101 Huntington Ave. in the Prudential Center.

BOSTON-Tarlow, Breed, Hart, Murphy & Rodgers will move to 101 Huntington Ave. in Boston Properties’ Prudential Center. The law firm signed a 10-year lease for 18,000 sf on the fifth floor of the building. Previously, the firm was located at 21 Custom St., which served as its Downtown location since 1991, but more room was needed to accommodate its growth.

Jeffrey Hart, a partner at Tarlow Breed, tells GlobeSt.com that the firm looked into expanding in the Custom Street building because they wanted to remain in the city’s business district. It wasn’t possible to remain at 21 Custom and the firm couldn’t find appropriate space in the district.
