The Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap listed the properties as a single portfolio. It was the exclusive broker in the sale to an undisclosed buyer. The selling price is well below the estimated 2004 median price-per-unit of $58,000, projected by M&M for apartments in the greater Philadelphia MSA.
