Heart Rhythm Society Sells 20,000-SF Building for $2M

NATICK, MA-Heart Rhythm Society Inc. will sell 6 Strathmore Rd. to WGFF LP for $2.3 million. The building is fully occupied by the society, an international advocacy group and information resource for cardiac arrhythmia professionals and patients, and American Cancer Society Inc.

The single-story building totals 20,311 sf and is comprised of office as well as research and development space. It is situated on nearly two acres right off Route 9 in the Natick Business Center. Scott R. Hughes, president, and Matthew Foley, associate of Hughes Properties Inc., procured the buyer in the transaction, while Neil D. Ross, vice president, and Jeffrey M. Walker, vice president of the Staubach Co., represented Heart Rhythm Society.
