The new Elk River branch of 1,500 sf is located at Country Crossings Shopping Center, at the intersection of Hwy 10 and Joplin Avenue. The 2,225-sf Inver Grove Heights branch is located at Southridge Shopping Center on South Robert Street and Mendota Road.
John Tramm of Griffin Cos. recently represented Household. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Household Finance operates under two trade names in Minnesota, Beneficial and Household Finance Corp. It offers a variety of loans, including those related to home equity, auto, tax refund anticipation, retail installment sales finance and other unsecured loans.
