Internosis will keep its offices on the second floor of the five-story structure. The company will make the move to a 19,000-sf space there in October and will maintain a small sales and service office in Northern Virginia.

"We continue to attract the best companies in advanced technology," says Aris Melissaratos, secretary of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development. "The message that Maryland is open for business, combined with the quality of our workforce and the quality of life, is crossing the Potomac and being heard."

Both state and local organizations came together to present an incentive package that would convince Internosis to relocate to the area. Office space in the Northern Prince George's County market goes for $21.50 per sf at class A buildings and $18.25 at class B facilities, according to Advantis Real Estate Services Co.'s Mid-Year 2004 Office Market Report.
